How does it work?
The Better Brain Studio™ neurofeedback training program uses an advanced computerized system that analyzes how your brain is working and provides useful real time information (feedback) that teaches your brain how to repair connections, strengthen, optimize and make the best use of it's natural neural resources.
Through a series of training sessions your brain will learn how to reset, reorganize and begin to function more efficiently and effectively on it's own.
What happens during a training session?
Training is an easy and effortless process. All you have to do is recline quietly in a comfortable chair and listen to soothing music or watch a movie. There is nothing else you have to do because our advanced system does all the work... you can rest your eyes or even take a nap if you like!
All Better Brain Studio™ sessions are conducted 1 on 1 in a private training room.
Each session is a very relaxing and enjoyable experience that normally only takes between 45 and 60 minutes per visit. You will typically feel calmer, happier, and more mentally clear after every appointment.
How many sessions will I need?
Based on our experience, we always suggest starting with an initial series of 10 sessions. The benefits of training are cumulative and each session builds on the previous one. You cannot over train and will get something positive from every session you have.
