Covid-19 Policies & Procedures


Our office is taking the following precautions to protect our clients and help slow the spread of Covid-19.

 

• Client Covid-19 In-Person Services Informed Consent Form outlining client responsibilities must be on file

• Clients must wait in their cars or outside the building until called or texted for their appointment

• Clients must wear face coverings over nose and mouth at all times while in the building

Appointments must be scheduled online

• Staff must wear masks over nose and mouth while with clients

• Clients must wash or sanitize hands before each session

• Staff must wash or sanitize hands before and after each session

• Lobby and waiting area are closed to walk-in traffic, appointments are required to enter the building

• Only clients with scheduled appointments will be allowed in the building (family and friends are not allowed in the        building for any reason)

• Staff will replace headphone covers, sanitize sensors, replace training chair cover, and disinfect commonly touched    surfaces after every client

• Physical contact is no longer permitted except as necessary for sensor placement and removal (sorry, no more            handshakes, fist bumps, hugs, etc.)

• Personal check and credit card payments are no longer accepted on site

• Common areas within building are cleaned on a frequent basis
