Note About Insurance Coverage
Services provided to help improve and / or maintain cognitive fitness and performance are not considered medical treatment and as a result are not covered by health insurance policies
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum notice of 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel a scheduled appointment (except in the event of sickness or emergency). We reserve the right to charge a $50.00 fee if you fail to show up for an appointment or cancel without giving us the minimum 24 hour notice
